Keith joined the Levinson team in November of 2013 as a funeral director, and assumed the role of assistant operations manager due to his prior managerial experience, work ethic, and desire to be of service to our grieving families. Keith helps maintain the facility and ensure it’s proper operation at all times.
As a funeral director, Keith prides himself on his commitment to caring for a family’s loved one the entire time they are in our care. He ensures the service provided to our families is comprehensive and compassionate. The respect and concern for a family’s positive experience is a reflection of what he feels has been his calling.
Prior to arriving at Levinson’s, Keith grew up near Los Angeles, CA, where he attained the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and served as a police officer, and ran his own construction company for many years. Keith moved to Baltimore to marry his first high school sweetheart. His decision to become a funeral director was the result of a less than ideal experience he had when making arrangements for his own mother. He felt he could bring his empathy and kind heart, and be a much more compassionate funeral director with families.
Keith currently lives in Reisterstown with his wife Andrea, (the high school sweetheart), and his well-mannered English Labrador, Mason. He is a licensed funeral director in MD, current member of the National Funeral Directors Association, and enjoys golf, tactical shooting and watching movies.
