My condolences to the family . Visiting Mom was always interesting-somtimes you got a mouthful and sometimes you got a warm pleasant smile. May her memory truly be an inspiration to all those who knew and loved her.

On November 28, 2012, Shirley Hoffman (nee Rubin); beloved wife of the late Irvin I. Hoffman; devoted mother of Nancy (David) Goldberg, Jody (David) Sandler, and Alisa (Steven) Ostrow; loving sister of the late Lou (Sylvia) Rubin, Milton (Edith) Rubin, Alfred (Charlotte) Rubin, Florence (Sam) Goldstein, and Helen (Ruby) Mager; adored grandmother of Brian Goldberg, Justin Goldberg, Alix Sandler, Brooks Sandler, and Madison Ostrow. Also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and her best friend Elaine Fried.
Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Thursday, November 29, at 2 PM. Interment Oheb Shalom Memorial Park - Berrymans Lane.
