On behalf of the Walter P. Carter family with whom Larry Ageloff shared a long and endearing friendship, you have my heartfelt sympathy during your time of bereavement. Our fathers work tirelessly to bring about equality for African Americans in Baltimore during the '60s civil rights movement, and beyond. Your father and my father, Walter P. Carter also worked tirelessly to foster harmony between all races and improve the quality of life in the city. He will be sorely missed in the days and years ahead. May the peace beyond all understanding comfort you now and always.

Jill P. Carter, Director
The Baltimore City Office of Civil Rights.
