The end of an era. I remember as a young man stopping at Harry Goldberg Electric on Baltimore St with my father and then going over to S&H Deli with Natie and Paul for lunch. Nathan outlived most everyone from that generation. I guess he was right that those afternoon naps would keep him going ! May your memories of your husband and father always bring a smile to your faces.

Nathan was the last of the grandchildren of Max and Pearl Weiner. I recall my father telling me that he had 34 first cousins on the Weiner side of the family, including Natie, Paul and Pearl. It was always a delight to be around Natie and Lucille. Very special people, who have inspired such devotion by their children and grandchildren. We are so sorry to hear of Natie's passing, but his memory will be a blessing for all of us who had the privilege to know him.

As two of Natey's youngest and oldest friends, it has been a great pleasure to know a man who represented the epitamy of what a husband, father friend and family leader one should be. From the Sunday breakfasts at S & H, to the Round Hollow Cabana to Oriole games and especially to his Lucille and family, he reflected those qualities of the true gentleman. His memories will be a treasure to all who knew him.
