I didn't Know your husband but I get the Levinson blog.

Unfortunately, I never had the privilege of meeting Col. Farrar, but am so moved by his bio, his accomplishments, loving family and background. He exemplifies all that is wonderful in this world, the USA and beyond. Condolences to his family and the memories you have.

Col. John H. Farrar, Jr. (ret)

On January 17, 2018, Col. John H. Farrar, Jr. (ret); cherished husband of Tamar Farrar (nee Agmon); loving father of John H. (Jessie) Farrar, Frederick (Deborah) Farrar, Virginia Lee (Keith) Rivenbark, Ilan Farrar (April Delaney), Sharone (Matthew) Marraccini, and the late Douglas Farrar; devoted son of the late John and Henrietta Farrar; also survived by 11 grandchildren.

Interment with full military honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery - Arlington, VA on Thursday, June 21, at 1 pm.

Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the Jewish War Veterans of the United States of America, 1811 R Street NW, Washington, DC 20009. Immediately following interment, a reception will be held at Barley Mac, 1600 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209 from 2 pm until 5 pm.
