Dear Debbie,

So sorry to hear about your Mom, she was an absolute GEM. While my Mom , Rosalie, was battling her illness, your Mom and Dad took my Mom to the hospital for her treatments and then they would go out to eat afterward, and for that I am eternally grateful. Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of Shirley, she was a very special woman.

Debbie,
Truly, our deepest sympathies to you and yours. Our families go back as far as I can remember. Our parents were so close to one another that we always called your Mom and Dad, Aunt and Uncle. You Mom was a shining example of joyfulness.

Dear Debbie:
There are not enough words to express how sad I am over the loss of your beloved mother. Shirley befriended me when I joined Covenant Guild and we had lots of good times together and lots of good memories. She was a dear lady, so kind, gentle and giving, and will be missed by many. May the beautiful memories you have be a source of comfort to you during this difficult time. So very, very sorry.

Dear Debbie,
I an so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother Shirley. My mother was Iris Sachs Kaplan and Shirley was always considered "family". Both your parents were at our house for all the good times as well as the sad times. I spoke with your mom many times while caring for my parents. She will be truly missed.

Debbie,
Our heartfelt condolences on the death of your Mom.
You may not remember us. We knew your Mom and Dad and you and Bruce through Nettie and Jerry Kramer. Your parents were both very lovely people, and we were always happy to see each other. We are in touch with Judy and Liz, and know they will also be saddened to learn of Shirley's passing.

Aunt Shirley and Uncle Sid became a part of our extended family. They celebrated so many holidays with us, included us in their many celebrations. We loved every minute we spent with them. Together with Emma, Ron and Carla, they truly became our family. Now she and Uncle Sid will be together again - the perfect couple reunited. May her memory be a blessing.

We have such fond memories of Shirley. She was such a beautiful woman with the greatest sense of humor. We appreciated her live and let live attitude and feel blessed to have had you as a neighbor in Castle Rock and loved getting to know Shirley, especially at our weekly meetings at the fence.
