George Gordon was a loving, kind, gentle soul whom I was honored to call my father-in-law. He had a long life full of many blessings including his grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he adored. May he rest in piece and may his memory be a blessing.

Dear Lou and Elyse,
Please accept our sincerest sympathies on the loss of your dear father. There are no consoling words that seem adequate enough other than, your loss is shared by all those who had the privilege of knowing him and your mother. We spent many years in Pickwick as neighbors, and our parents spent many years car-pooling to Social Security together. We hope the memories of good times shared together will help ease the pain of your sorrow in the days ahead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May all of your memories be beautiful ones and help carry you through this difficult time. We pray that the time will not be distant when you will remember him with a smile instead of a tear. With our deepest sympathies, Steve and Eileen

Dear Louis and David and families,
We go back so many years to Grantley Road. Those were the best days and your parents were so much a part of the fun. No one like "Aunt Betty and Uncle George". Please know that my mom and I are thinking of you at this time and sending love and hugs. So sorry for your loss.

George (and the Gordon family) hold a very special place in my heart. George lived a long and full life with many blessings. I feel honored to have spent so much time with George, as I was growing up and to learn he enjoyed life to the fullest in his later years. My sincere condolences, may his memory be for a blessing.
