Sol Levinson & Bros. 125th Anniversary Volunteer Intitiative

Levinson’s is pleased to introduce the Sol Levinson & Bros. 125th Anniversary Volunteer Initiative. As part of this initiative, we will have a presence at several major Jewish festivals in Baltimore and Columbia, with a booth where families can participate in a social action project. Members of our team will be there to help facilitate the projects and answer any questions people might have, but mostly to show our commitment to giving back to the community and to the Jewish value of tikkun olam. These are programs we hope to do on an annual basis, as an ongoing initiative. Levinson’s greatly values the partnership of Jewish Volunteer Connection and The Associated in making this project possible.

FullSizeRenderCropOur first event was the 2017 JCC Block Party and it was an amazing success – approximately 400 Blessing Bags were filled, to be handed out to the homeless. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to help!

Please see our website for more details, and follow us on Facebook to find out about upcoming volunteer events.
