Dear family,
Carol personified the word "genuine". She was warm, sincere, funny, witty, smart and genuine. Deeply loyal to her Chaim, daughters and her sisters and their families,Carol Rider always knew the right words to say and knew how to make you feel special and comfortable. She was a special lady who will be greatly missed. Hashem certainly. took one of his angels back to Heaven. She "stole" our hearts in keeping with her Roumanian ancestry which she loved to research. May the family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

I am deeply saddened by this news.
Carol and I kept up with each other on Facebook. I loved her positive attitude, her quick wit personality and love of humankind. I grew up with Carol. We went all Thru school together. We attended Camp Ramblewood in the summer. We still reminisced about the “GREAT” times.
Carol will be missed. I send sincere condolences to the family. May her memory be a blessing. The world lost a beautiful person.... crying..

Dear Cousins,

On behalf of the family of the late Merrill Egorin, we send our deepest sympathy. Carol's passing is a great loss to each and every member of the family, to the community at large and to those who will never get to meet her. She was a one of a kind person whose love and joy spread easily. Just being who she was cemented the family and taught them who they are and from where they came. Such wonderful gifts are her legacy and her memory will live because of her great love.

Dear Rombro and Rider Families,
Carol left us way too soon. I am so saddened by this loss.
I will remember Carol as a true friend in high school and college. She always made me not only laugh, but taught me to realize how important it is not to take oneself too seriously. Carol was my beloved cousin whom I looked up to from about the age of 7yrs and will continue to always. It had been years since we'd seen each other but thankfully we did keep in touch via email and also chatted on the phone not too terribly long ago. She understood me in a way like no other family member, considering we were three or four cousins apart. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Chaim and your daughters, sister's - Ann-Louise & Mary. Also to everyone else who is feeling your loss. I know I am and will for a long time to come. Until we meet again...I love you Carol!! Always & Forever, Your little cousin, Julie
