I am so devastated to hear this sad news. I worked with Regina at BT. She was so in love with her grandkids and I always remember her talking about them. I have memories of her smile as she and Melissa were always laughing. I am so very sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. With fondness, I remember working with Regina at Beth Tfiloh Camp many years ago. She was a fantastic camp counselor and the children adored her as did the staff. And Regina loved talking about her family. Since those Beth Tfiloh Camp days, I have seen Regina only on isolated occasions but she always showed her beautiful smile and sunny disposition. Treasure your wonderful memories always.

I worked at Beth Tefiloh for three years as an elementary school teacher. In that time, I became very close to Regina, whom I adored and respected. I knew how proud Regina was of her family and I recognized what a capable and devoted secretary she was at Beth Tefila. Her friend, Melissa Cohen, was the Ying and Regina was the Yang in what was always a beautiful and cooperative friendship and collegial relationship.
As I listened to Marci’s heart-felt words, I heard what a dear mother and friend Regina was. In much this same waythat she was a wonderful mother, she was a dear and loyal colleague. You could say she “mothered” all of us. She always made sure that everything was done correctly, nothing was too much to ask, and her caring and warmth permeated all that she did. At BT, I also laughed with Melissa and Regina (how could I not tell a joke to both? That would be unfair.)
This is no surprise to anyone who worked with her. Competence, kindness, warmth, and sharing were part of working with Regina. I feel blessed to have worked with Regina and known her for the special person she was
