Dear Steve, Brian, Wendy, Ann & Family,
I'm soooo sorry on the loss of your father/brother!! Stanley was quite the UNIQUE person. I remember "knowing" him from several different stages of my life. I remembered him because, to me, he always looked like the comedian Buddy Hackett! He was always so nice, friendly & funny! I'm so glad I went with you, to see him at Gilchrist this past week. He will be missed! My thoughts & prayers are with all of you. May his memory be forever a blessing.

To Brian and the entire Frank family,
Sorry to learn of Stan’s passing. I first met him at the old Holiday Health Club in the late 1950s and we worked out together off and on for many years, mostly at the JCC. He was such an unusual personality.Tough but friendly, brash but warm, funny and fast with a quip. His smile and laugh always present in the gym. May the many warm memories help sustain all those who loved Stan in the coming weeks and months.

Dear Stevie, Brian and Wendy and Ann. I met Uncle Stanley through Fran and we took him for eye check ups and he was an extremely funny man. I am so sorry for your loss and may his memory always be a blessing.

Hey Bri, I offer you and your family my sincerest condolences. The J will never be the same without your father patrolling the weight room. Your dad's stories, most of them filthy, some not (any true?) made me smile. When your dad started a sentence with "True story, true story...." I usually began to doubt how true it was. One thing that I don't doubt is that your father loved you, your brother and sister and his grandchildren very much.

I will miss all the great stories that he told about him growing up with Fred in the old neighborhood .No one will ever be able to throw football behind his back hundred yards

To know Stan was to love him. His demeanor and reputation when I first met him in the 50,s era was like no other.
He was without doubt a one-of-a-kind. People feared him until they got to know him. He was a proud Jew, and protected that heritage. Back in the 50's antisemitism was rabid and Stanley protected Judaism. Stories abound about his fighting anyone who spoke vile about Our religion. As tough as he was he had a soft and loving heart.
I will always remember him and keep him in my heart.
Rest well old friend. I look forward to meeting you again.
