Dear Dena, Hope, Jason and families- So sorry to hear about Alvin. It's truly the end of an era. We didn't see each other often, but always enjoyed your travel stories- especially the trans-Atlantic crossings; one of which brought you to the captain's table with Alvin as the oldest and a toddler as the youngest. Alvin seemed like he could make friends easily, and I'm sure, will be missed by many. Thinking of you.

Hi, Hope,Jason, and Mrs. Bober,
I'm so sorry for your loss. While he had a long, full life, and you had him for 97 years(!), it's always hard to say goodbye. I just lost my dad last October, at the age of 92, and it's still a great painful loss. I always remember enjoying spending time with your parents when I was at your house. It seems like ages ago; our kids are now older than we were then!
Love,
Deb Bers

So sad to hear of Mr. Bober’s passing. I have loved knowing and working with him over the years. Clearly he has been one of my favorite patients, always kind and thoughtful. May his memory bring you comfort at this sad time.
