Bryan, Jen & family.
I do not have the proper words to comfort you at this time. Susan & I learned together for over 15 years. We stopped when she got sick & then We moved to Jerusalem.
Susan was a very inquisitive person always looking to broaden her knowledge. The weekly Torah portion became a close friend.
May you remember her in her good times, & emulate her ways.
May you be comforted among the mourners of Israel.

I didn't know Susan well, having met her only occasionally, but I am saddened to hear of her passing. May G-D comfort you among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

I am saddened to hear of your mom/sister passing. She was so engaging and fighter. Giving up was not in her vocabulary. What a pleasure it was to have known your mom. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

Dear Jennifer and Family,
I just saw that sad news of your Mom's passing and ran over to the Shiva...too late. You had just left and I was so disappointed that I couldn't meet you after all these years -36 to be exact. It has really been that long since I was your first grade Morah in Hebrew School and I still have a beautiful image of you in my mind- always sweet, polite and eager to learn. A dream student for a first time teacher!
Your mother would learn with my mother-in-law, Mrs. Shafran, after she started attending their shul, and their friendship deepened and spread to me. I am honored.
Whenever I would meet your mother, we could talk extensively about all sorts of interesting topics, but mostly about you . She loved you so much and was so proud of the gorgeous and brilliant grandchildren you gave her!
May her memory be a blessing and inspiration to you, and may you and your family continue to give her nachas!
