I remember Billy as a young child as our parents were close friends. May he rest in peace.

Billy was my older cousin and as a child and later in my early teen years, I saw him occasionally.
He had a dry sense of humor and would make really funny comments to me, which I could understand but my parents had difficulty appreciating. I can recall my parents telling me about Billy's mother absolutely devoting herself to assure her son's well-being during his early years. Later, I learned from others how Billy and his mom, Sylvia, were quite successful as partners in bridge mixed doubles competitions for years. Rest in peace, cuz. I wish the family solace in recalling the good memories of Billy.

I am a distant cousin of the family and recall a rare visit by Billy to my childhood home. Even at a young age my brother and I recall him being a very kind man. Looking back now, as short as life really is, I wish we had been able to share more time with him and that side of our family

I will miss Bill. He was a good friend of my Mom. He traveled to Florida for her backgammon tournaments and helped her often when she was back in Baltimore and was sick. He is well known in the backgammon community, playing in Columbia and Timonium on a regular basis. Such a nice man. He will be missed by many.
