Dear Berger Family
Ron and I were sadden to hear of the loss of Stuart. He and Laurette were an integral part of the Glassman Family. He was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor and shared it with everyone he encountered.
He could always entertain the kids with his cheek popping routine. He had a kind and endearing soul. May you find comfort in the days ahead.

It is with great sadness that we lost a fraternal brother who has been a Freemason since 1947. Let us all remember his life as he lived it and that the DNA that he inherited from past generations when he was born was passed on to future generations thus guaranteeing his immortality. Sincere condolences to his entire family for their loss.

Dear Abbe, Robert, and Family,

Abbe, so sorry for your loss; I know how close you and your Dad were. When your parents went away you were there go to person and had a list of instructions which you always followed to a T. In later years, and after your mom passed, you and Rob took such good care of your dad. The two of you became his caregivers. A job that was not easy. May all the wonderful memories you have of Stuart be a living memorial to him. May his memory be but for a blessing.

Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear of Stuart's death. Stuart and Laurette were great friends with my parents, Jerome and Shoshana. I remember your parents well and so very much enjoyed seeing the devotion that friendship circle had for each other. And how they made each other laugh. It is their laughter I will remember most. May you find comfort in the novel ways we must in these most difficult of times.

Richard, Shayna, Abbe and Families: Sorry to hear this news about your dad. I last saw him a few years ago when Abbe and he were visiting Tillie at the same time I was. He was still sharp then, and that is how I always thought of him. I also remember him sitting in on drums with the Stan Bridge Orchestra at my Bar Mitzvah celebration (1962). Since there are not that many of us "Stuarts" around, I always felt a bit of a special bond with him. May you take comfort that he is now at peace.

Stu was such an important part of our lives growing up and remained so always, being one of my fathers best friends and partners in crime. I remember many stories of the fun they had together thru the years and the love they had for one another. I would bring my father to visit Stu when I came to Baltimore and they would share stories of their escapades and current ailments. I and my family will miss him terribly. Our love and sympathies to the family.

Dear Shayna, Richard, and Abbe,
We have so many memories of Stuart (& Laurette). Our parents were great friends from the time they met when we all moved to Ranchleigh in 1954. Mom laughed and cried reminiscing about those "good old days": talking and laughing, kibbitzing, and affairs at the Summit, and parties in the middle of Gerard Ct. May happy memories sustain you. Much love from Gilda Lessans, Deni, Vicki, and Teri
