Howard and I were so very sad to hear about Neil.
We have such fond memories from being next-door neighbors on Setonhurst Rd. You were all such great neighbors and became really good friends. And we will always remember sitting together at the Blast games and cheering them on.

Neil was one of a kind. We met in the 1990s when he worked at the BWI Business Partnership, and I was in the Federal Highway Administration.

Dr.Shpritz, Neil's father was our family doctor all of my childhood. I remember him talking about Neil a lot then. Neil was 1 year older than me. From the comments here it sounds like he was as special as his dad.

Condolences to the Shpritz family...Neil-- You my brother Arnold (of blessed memory) ,myself & my sister Caryn attended Pikesville High School...Your Aunt Harriet Shpritz Eppel was our dear neighbor, on Baythorne Rd. She always said to call her Aunt Harriet ! We were like family growing up.
