Isaac "Yitzy" Schleifer is the Director of Monument Services at Levinson Monuments, where he helps families create meaningful markers and memorials that honor their loved ones. A lifelong Baltimore resident and a graduate of the Merrick School of Business, Isaac brings over a decade of customer service expertise to his role. His ability to problem-solve and think outside the box ensures that each family’s unique needs are met with care and precision. Guided by a deep sense of compassion, he finds great meaning in assisting families during difficult times, believing that the greatest mitzvah is helping those who have passed, knowing they can never repay you.

With years of experience in providing high-quality memorials, Isaac takes pride in ensuring that every piece reflects the cherished memories and legacies of loved ones. He works closely with families, guiding them through their options while navigating the specific regulations of each cemetery. His commitment to doing things the right way—instilled by his father’s motto, “Do it right, or don’t do it at all”—drives his dedication to excellence in every aspect of his work.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren (Schuster) Schleifer, and their three children, Maxi, Bobbi Bella, and Frankie. Whether he’s taking his kids on outings, playing basketball, or hitting the golf course, he values the time he shares with his family. A passionate Ravens fan and a pizza enthusiast, Isaac also has a competitive edge—having once been a three-point shooting champion in high school. His favorite holiday is Purim, a celebration that reflects his joy in bringing people together.
