Company Culture

Levinson's appreciates its employees and understands the need for a healthy work/life balance. As such, the company provides employees with activities outside of the office to help foster relationships among employees, as well as their families. Levinson's hosts events such as department dinners, outings, a family day, and a fantasy football league. Levinson's has also instituted the Star of the Year program, where employees acknowledge the efforts of their coworkers. The winner is honored by the Levinson's, but more importantly, is able to hear the recognition offered by their coworkers.

Through our Volunteer Initiative Project, Sol Levinson & Bros. supports the community with the goals of Action, Caring, and Tikkun Olam (repairing the world). Together with different community organizations, Levinson's employees can choose to participate in projects and donate time and resources to help others, such as by making blessing bags for the less fortunate, cleaning up and restoring area cemeteries, and hosting volunteer activity booths at community centers.
