Tracy Tomshack joined Sol Levinson in 2024 as an Office Administrator and quickly distinguished herself through her leadership, organizational strength, and unwavering commitment to the families and staff she supports. After rising to the role of Office Manager, Tracy now serves as Chief of Staff, where she plays a vital leadership role in strengthening the operations and long-term growth of Sol Levinson and its affiliated entities.
In her role as Chief of Staff, Tracy drives operational excellence across the organization, ensuring systems, processes, and workflows remain efficient, thoughtful, and aligned with the company’s mission. She serves as a trusted extension of the President, helping to guide priorities, remove roadblocks, and maintain clarity and alignment across departments. Tracy also leads key strategic initiatives that support the firm’s continued growth and its ability to serve families with the highest level of care. She continues to oversee the Office team, providing the steady leadership and support that have defined her tenure from the start.
Tracy finds deep meaning in supporting families both directly and indirectly by ensuring funeral directors and staff have the structure and resources they need during a family’s most difficult time. A Baltimore-area native who resides in Anne Arundel County, she enjoys baking, spending time at the beach for a healthy reset, watching Ravens and Orioles games, and making memories with her husband and family. An animal lover at heart, Tracy has been involved in dog rescue and training and shares her home with her rescue dog. She is guided by a simple but powerful principle: ensuring every family leaves with a positive and meaningful memory of their experience with Sol Levinson.
