Client Care Associate

Amy Lefayt-Yezulinas

Amy Lefayt Yezulinas joined Levinson Monuments in 2026, bringing a strong background in project coordination, customer service, and attention to detail. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Amy previously worked in the printing industry, helping create materials for some of life's most meaningful milestones, from weddings and new beginnings to memorial tributes. Her experience taught her the importance of understanding the personal significance behind every project and approaching each interaction with care and compassion.

As a Client Care Associate, Amy works closely with families throughout the monument and memorialization process, serving as a primary point of contact while coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring each detail is handled thoughtfully. She understands the importance of creating a lasting tribute that honors a loved one's memory, particularly for families preparing for an unveiling around the first anniversary of their loss. Amy finds the greatest meaning in providing reassurance and guidance during this emotional process, helping families feel supported, informed, and confident that their loved one's memorial is receiving the attention it deserves.

Originally from New York, Amy moved to Maryland as a child and now resides in Carroll County with her husband, their son, and their Boston Terrier, Franky. She and her husband have been together for more than two decades and recently welcomed her teenage nephew into their home. Outside of work, Amy enjoys exploring new places, hiking, spending time with family, and cheering on her son and nephew at their sporting events. She also has a love for trying new foods, especially pasta, and enjoys gathering with loved ones around the table.
