Candace Code joined Sol Levinson in 2026 after 20 years of state service, bringing a background in public service and a desire to support families in a new way. A Certified Community Health Worker, she approaches her work with kindness, compassion, and an appreciation for the difference a listening ear can make.
As an Administrator, Candace assists with service processing and customer service, helping coordinate the details that support the team’s care for families. She has shown interest in training to become a Funeral Director Assistant, expanding her knowledge of the arrangement process and the many ways she can help. She finds the greatest meaning in being available to families, whether that means answering a question, helping with a practical need, or simply taking the time to listen. Her goal is to help people feel heard, supported, and comfortable asking for assistance.
Originally from Baltimore’s Mt. Washington neighborhood, Candace is the proud mother of three sons, Donte, Dex, and Vic. Family remains an important part of her life, and she carries on the tradition of Sunday dinners once hosted by her parents, now welcoming everyone to her own home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, dancing, attending plays, and dining out. She is a Ravens fan, loves Italian food, and counts G&M Restaurant among her local favorites.
