Julie Mulhern joined Sol Levinson in 2023, bringing her passion for people, employee development, and creating a positive workplace culture. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, and is dedicated to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.
As the People & Culture Manager, Julie plays an important role in strengthening the organization's workplace culture and supporting the team behind the compassionate care Sol Levinson provides to families. She develops and implements initiatives focused on employee engagement, professional development, and overall well-being, while helping cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment. Julie finds fulfillment in working with people and contributing to an organization that places genuine value on its employees, recognizing that a strong, connected team is essential to providing exceptional service to the families they serve.
A Carroll County resident, Julie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Shawn, her two sons, Trenton and Brody, and her stepdaughter, Scarlett. Outside of work, she has a passion for holistic wellness and enjoys teaching workshops on energy healing, practicing Reiki, meditation, and yoga. She is also an avid music and performing arts enthusiast, having trained in several styles of dance and performed in musical theater productions. Julie enjoys playing acoustic guitar, reading, cheering on the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens, and spending time with her family. One of her favorite traditions is gathering with the women in her family each holiday season to bake hundreds of Italian cookies for loved ones to enjoy.
