Nicole Barthlow joined Sol Levinson in 2014 and serves as an Office Administrator for Sol Levinson. Drawn to the funeral profession by a deep sense of compassion and a desire to help families during difficult times, Nicole plays an essential role in the daily operations of the office. She assists in the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing funeral services, while also serving as one of the first points of contact for grieving families and visitors. Her calm and professional presence helps ensure that every interaction is handled with care and empathy.
Nicole finds the greatest meaning in being there for families, offering comfort, guidance, and support while helping to honor the lives of their loved ones. She believes in serving with heart by providing kindness, compassion, and a listening ear to everyone she meets. Her goal is to help create meaningful goodbyes that bring warmth and healing, making a difficult time just a little bit easier for the families she serves.
Born and raised in the Baltimore area, Nicole is a devoted wife and mother to three daughters. Outside of work, she loves making memories with her family and soaking up the sun at the beach. Whether cheering on the Ravens and Orioles or gathering with loved ones for the Fourth of July or Christmas, Nicole brings warmth, positivity, and heart to everything she does, both at home and at work.
