Obituary
Adrian Katz (nee Calman), of Elkridge, MD, passed away on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, at the age of 81. She is survived by her loving daughter, Cheryl Katz; adored sister, Roberta Borz; and cherished granddaughter, Lily Taylor. Adrian was predeceased by her beloved husband, Melvin Katz; and dear parents, Dorothy and Samuel Calman.
Adrian was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who cared deeply for her family. She was nurturing, strong-willed, and fiercely protective of the people she loved. She was never afraid to say exactly what was on her mind, often to everyone’s amusement. Many family memories were made around her table, especially over her matzah ball soup, chicken cutlets, and roast. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services at Har Sinai Cemetery, 11405 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
