Obituary

Allan David Pass, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Monday, June 30th, 2025, at the age of 76. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Pass (nee Goldberger); devoted children, Nicole (Kirk) Fulton and Ryan (Emma) Oliver; dear brothers, Joe Pass and Bob (Dottie) Pass; cherished grandchildren, Lila Fulton, Avi Fulton and Rhys Fulton; and many more loving nieces, nephews, friends and family. Allan was predeceased by his parents, Clara and Joseph Pass.

His biggest attribute was how loving and helpful to others he was personally, as well as in his field. He was an icon. In the court system, as an expert witness, he served to always be fair. He always spoke the truth keeping everyone’s best interest in mind. Not just hired by state or defense, but judges would hire him . When they wanted to figure out what was really going on they hired Dr. Pass.
Not only was he the best in his field as a forensic mental health expert, but he also had a business background. He established a business once, a trucking company and ultimately took it public. It was an exciting alternate path he took for a few years, along with other organizational corporate positions.
This man could do anything. He was the hardest working person I’ve ever known, and he loved the same way, always putting his passion and heart behind it.
Allan and I had a horse farm together where we had training programs, camps and boarded horses. His work ethic carried there, where if you ever saw our farm, you would think it was the most beautiful place you can imagine. He made it that way. We harvested hay for our own horses, and Allan won second prize at the county fair.
He was a man of many facets. He loved me beyond words and took great care of myself and our family.
Truly I don’t know how to go on without him. It was my honor and privilege to take care of him these last 2 years. I’m a bit lost right now. I don’t know how to do my days. But I do because that’s what he would want and what else can I do.
