Arlene Beverly Block

Arlene Beverly Block (nee Gold), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, at the age of 77. She is survived by her devoted husband, Harold Block; loving children, Stacie (Brian) Resnick and Jason (Heather) Block; and beloved grandchildren, Hannah Resnick, Samara Resnick, Zara Block and Zane Block. She was predeceased by her caring siblings, Harvey Gold, Allan Gold, and Sheila Berman; and her dear parents, Nettie and Joseph Gold.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD, on Friday, January 9th, 2026, at 10:00 am. Interment United Hebrew Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601 or Moses Montefiore Anshe Emunah Congregation, 7000 Rockland Hills Drive, Baltimore, MD 21209. The family will be in mourning at Moses Montefiore Anshe Emunah Congregation, 7000 Rockland Hills Dr, Baltimore, Maryland 21209, after interment until 4 pm with a service at 6:30 pm. Saturday, receiving from 6 pm - 8 pm with a service at 7pm, and Sunday, a service at 9 am, then receiving from 11 am - 3pm, and 5:30 pm - 8 pm with a service at 7pm. The family kindly requests only kosher Shiva trays.
