Arthur M. Rosen

Arthur M. Rosen, of Catonsville, MD, passed away on Thursday, October 16th, 2025, at the age of 83. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Rosen (nee Tilles); by his children, Jay Neil, Brian (Amy) Appelstein, Gail Murphy, Greg (Samantha) Rosen and Tova (Emanuel) Jussim; by his sister, Lorraine Freshman; by his brother-in-law, Joel Weidman; and by his many grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Ann Weidman, and by his parents, Billie and Meyer Rosen.

Services at Workmen's Circle Cemetery, 6842 German Hill Road, Baltimore, Maryland, 21222, on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 12pm. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to CHAI Lifeline. The family will be in mourning at 707 Maiden Choice Lane, #9208, Catonsville, MD 21228 and 3414 Bancroft Road, Baltimore, MD 21215. Shiva at Bancroft Rd: Shiva at Bancroft Rd: Motzei Shabbos 8pm to 10pm, Shacharit on Sunday at 9am (only on Sunday), the family will be receiving Sunday through Wednesday, 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 6pm and 8pm to 10pm, and on Thursday from 9am to 10am.
