Obituary
Bernice "Beth" Marks (nee Lansat), of Towson, MD, passed away on Friday, February 6th, 2026, at the age of 96. She is survived by her loving children, Laurence Marks (Karen Parker), Pamela Marks (Michael Mininsohn) and Jeffrey Marks (Melissa Fraley); and cherished grandchildren, Luca Marks, Asher Marks, Theo Marks, Emily Mininsohn, Sarah Mininsohn, Megan Connelly and Jake Marks. Beth was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dr. Bertram Marks; dear siblings, Paul Lansat, Clayre Prizant, Marvin Lansat, and Seymour Lansat; and devoted parents, Minnie and Samuel Lansat.
Beth was kind, caring, and strong in ways that often went quietly unnoticed but were deeply felt by those who knew her best. She loved her family fiercely and showed her care through steady presence, thoughtful acts, creativity, and her meticulous attention to detail. Reserved yet persistent when it mattered, Beth was intelligent, a talented water color artist, and effortlessly fashionable, with a grace that made even the hardest things look easy. In addition to a devoted homemaker, she worked closely with managing and running her husband's dental office. She had graduated from college and later went back to school when her children were young and became a teacher. Beautiful inside and out, she had everything she needed in the life she built and the love she shared. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
