Beverly Burns

Beverly Burns (nee Grodnitzky), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, at the age of 76. She is survived by her beloved siblings, Alan (Leslie) Grodnitzky and Steve (Wendy) Grodnitzky and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Burns and dear parents, Milton and Marilyn Grodnitzky.

Beverly leaves behind the legacy that she became the first woman to captain the Boeing 747 jumbo jet.
