Obituary

Beverly Joan Hirsch (nee Paul), of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Monday, April 6th, 2026, at the age of 80. She is survived by her loving daughters, Marci Cohen (Jon) Groman, and Lisa Cohen (Darren Ringel); her caring grandchildren, Jordyn Geller (Adam Weiner), Jenna Schwartzberg, Alyssa Schwartzberg, and Riley Groman; and her dear step-daughters, Stacey Hirsch (Martin) Schwartzberg, and Tara Hirsh (Mark) Geller. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Stuart Hirsch.

Beverly was an incredibly loving mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. She was kind to everyone, and loved animals. She was stronger than she knew, and powered through to the end with grace and love. Bev passed in her home, surrounded by family and with her devoted cat Frankie by her side. Bev was quirky and often described as colorful. To honor Bev's colorful spirit, the family invites you to wear a pop of color at her service. Bev's legacy will live on through the kindness and caring she showed others. May everyone she knew extend the same, and the world will continue to be a bit more colorful because Beverly was in it.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Friday, April 10th, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Interment Mikro Kodesh Beth Israel Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS), online at barcs.org. The family will be in mourning at Gourmet Girls, 3713 Old Court Road, Pikesville, 21208, after interment until 6:30 pm.
