Eduard Shats, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife, Irina Shats; by his son, Mikhail (Alexandra) Shats; and by his grandchildren, Anna Shats and Simona Shats. He was predeceased by his sister, Brukha Shats, and by his parents, Malka and Yakov Shats.
