Obituary
Eduard Veytsman, of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, at the age of 83. He is survived by his beloved wife of almost 51 years, Tatyana Veytsman; loving children, Natasha Rossbach and Richard (Tara) Veytsman; dear sister, Klara Shmidov; and cherished grandchildren, Andrew Rossbach, Madeleine Rossbach, Sophia Veytsman and Landon Veytsman. Eduard was predeceased by his parents, Gusia and Usher Veytsman.
Eduard and his beloved wife, Tatyana, immigrated from Kiev, Ukraine to Baltimore, Maryland in 1979, where he began a long and dedicated career with Powercon Corporation. He remained with the company until his retirement in 2020.
During his years at Powercon, Eduard became known not only for his work ethic, but for his generosity of spirit. He helped many fellow immigrants from the former Soviet Union find employment and navigate life in a new country, offering guidance, opportunity, and encouragement as they worked to build their futures.
Above all else, Eduard cherished his family. He had a deep love for his grandchildren and found his greatest joy in spending time with them, sharing stories, laughter, and quiet moments that they will carry with them forever.
