Ellen "Suzie" Mendelsohn

Ellen "Suzie" Mendelsohn (nee Ellison), of Baltimore, MD. passed away on Monday, October 20th, 2025, at the age of 78. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Mendelsohn; devoted children, Ian (Susan) Mendelsohn and Jennifer (Joseph) Millman; beloved sister, Arla (Gerry) Sussman; adored grandchildren, Jessica Millman, Jack Millman, Hayden Mendelsohn and Ariella Mendelsohn. She was predeceased by her dear parents, Dr. Emanuel and Rose Ellison.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Interment Beth El Memorial Park. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Beth El Congregation, 8101 Park Heights Avenue, Pikesville, MD 21208. The family will be in mourning at 3419 Keyser Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Thursday following interment, with a shiva service at 7:00 PM. They will receive guests on Friday and Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM, with an additional shiva service on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM.
