Dr. Eva Zinreich, MD

Dr. Eva Zinreich, MD (nee Tihanyi), of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Friday, December 26th, 2025, at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband, Dr. S. James Zinreich; by her children, Helen Zinreich Shafer (P.J. Shafer), and David Alan Zinreich (Angelica Cucina); by her grandchildren, Serena Shafer and Hayden Shafer; and by her brother, Dezideriu Tihanyi. She was predeceased by her parents, Itzhak and Blanka Tihanyi.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, at 10:30 am. Interment Beth Jacob Cemetery - Finksburg. Please omit flowers. The family will be in mourning at 12217 Worthington Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 following interment on Sunday from 1pm to 4pm, and 6-pm to 8pm with a service at 7pm, and on Monday and Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm with a shiva service at 7pm both evenings.
