Flora Kaplan, of Annapolis, MD, passed away on Monday, July 13th, 2026, at the age of 71. She is survived by her beloved best friend, Rhonda Falcon (Kenneth Brannan). She was predeceased by her caring brother, Jacob Kaplan; and dear parents, Izzy and Lea Kaplan.
Flora was known for her intelligence, warm spirit, and love of cooking, especially her remarkable talent for baking. She treasured the lifelong friendships she cultivated, including a cherished 45-year friendship with Rhonda. Through life's greatest joys and most difficult challenges, their unwavering bond was built on love, loyalty, and steadfast support for one another.
