Obituary
Freyda Stein, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Friday, October 9th, 2026, at the age of 79. She is survived by her beloved husband, Zalman Stein; loving children, Est (Yaakov) Meth, Penina (Yossi) Meystel, Yochanon (Henni) Stein and Mendy (Andrea) Stein; and many cherished grandchildren. Freyda was predeceased by her dear parents, Helen and Yochanon Levitansky.
Levaya was held Saturday night, Motzei Shabbos, at 10:00 PM, in the Bnos Yisroel parking lot. Kevura will take place in Eretz Yisrael. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Misaskim of Maryland, 7 Church Ln #22, Baltimore, MD 21208.
