Gail Caplan Ross

Gail Caplan Ross, daughter of the late Mary and Joseph Caplan, and longtime childrens librarian for Baltimore County Public Libraries, passed away in Seattle WA, where she had moved after retirement. She is survived by her husband Bruce, son Jonathan and daughter in law Emily, grandson Arlo, daughter-in-law Zhenya, grandson Joseph and granddaughter Ellie Gail had also managed the library branches in Arbutus and Halethorpe. Her beloved son David predeceased her.
