Henry D. Levi

Henry D. Levi, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the age of 91. He is survived by his loving children, Lynda (Dave) Littlepage and Jack (Dawn) Levi; and his cherished grandchildren, Alex (Savannah) Littlepage, Jessica Littlepage, Olivia Levi, and Sam Levi. Henry was predeceased by his beloved wife, Rae Levi, and by his dear parents, Rose and Jack Levi.

Henry proudly served in the United States Navy. He spoke often and vibrantly of his time stationed in Hawaii and Japan, and he served honorably during the Korean War. After his discharge, Henry devoted his life to his family. He was a dedicated and affectionate father to his two children, and later a doting grandfather to his four grandchildren.

Beyond his love for family, Henry had a deep affection for animals. Over the years, he cared for many cats and dogs, and he even became a gentle steward of the wildlife that visited his backyard—animals who quickly learned they could count on him for a hearty meal each evening.

Services will be held at Sol Levinson’s Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Interment is private. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Baltimore Humane Society, 1601 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136. The family will be in mourning at the home of Jack and Dawn Levi.
