Ina Kronthal

Ina Kronthal (nee Schucalter), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, November 21st, 2025, at the age of 94. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Fran (Jeffrey) Rosensweig and Amy Kronthal; loving grandsons, Matthew and Mitchell (Anna) Rosensweig and adored great grandchildren, Jack and June Rosensweig. Ina was predeceased by her loving husband, Donald Kronthal; dear sisters, Bernice Schucalter and Sondra Peck and her beloved parents, Freda and Morris Schucalter.

Ina found happiness as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and dear friend to many, including a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews. Ina found joy in bridge, Mahjong, canasta and loved to travel the world. She will be missed everyday by all who knew her and will be loved forever in our hearts.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, at 12 pm. Interment United Hebrew Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society. The family will be receiving guests following interment at Gourmet Girls, 3713 Old Court Road, Pikesville, MD 21208. Shiva will then continue at 8925 Griffin Way (Avalon), Pikesville, MD 21208, with a service at 6:30 pm Sunday evening. The family will receive guests on Monday and Tuesday during the day, with services both nights at 6:30 pm.
