Joyce S. Caplan (nee Sisco), of Porter, Texas, formerly of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the age of 84. She is survived by her loving sons, Larry Caplan, Brian (Kimberly) Caplan, and Marshall (Michelle) Caplan, and beloved grandchildren, Emily Rose, Brenton Jonah (Stephanie), Liam Allen and Olivia Marie. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Dr. Carl Michael Caplan; loving son, Richard Caplan; and her dear parents Samuel and Mildred Sisco.
