Obituary
Joye Levin, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Monday, November 17th, 2025, at the age of 90. She is survived by her devoted nieces and nephews, Sara Fran Richman (Gerald Richman Z"l), Judy and Bob Schwartz and Margaret and Mark Friedman; and many cherished family members and friends. Joye was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Cindy Ann Pevner; dear siblings, Norma Friedman and Marion Goldman; and loving parents, Rose and Samuel Levin.
