Judith Wagman Oshry

Judith Wagman Oshry of Reisterstown, Maryland passed away on Thursday, March 26 at age 83. She is survived by her beloved husband, Allan Oshry; her devoted children, Joelle (Dr. Ofer) Reizes and Rabbi Joseph Meszler (Rabbi Julie Zupan), her stepdaughter Michelle Oshry; her grandchildren Zachary, Eliana, Naomi, Samantha, and Justin; her brother Peter (Louise) Wagman; cousins, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, William and Jane Wagman and Gertrude Wagman, and her sister Louise Blau, all of blessed memory.

Judith adored her family. She taught science for many years at Bais Yaakov of Baltimore School for Girls. She was a lifelong learner and devoted member of Temple Emanuel and Baltimore Hebrew Congregation.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, March 29th at 9:30 am. Interment will take place at Baltimore Hebrew Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Maryland Food Bank and the American Cancer Society. Immediately following interment, the family will receive visitors for shiva at 211 Conewood Avenue, Reisterstown, MD on Sunday until 5:00 pm, and Monday and Tuesday 1-5 pm with a minyan at 4:30 pm each day.
