She is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Hyman Beker; dear siblings Hester Strom, Otto H. Julia Faye Beker, affectionately known as "Aunt Faye," was born to Ruth and Otto Strom and grew up in Sparrows Point, Maryland. She graduated from Sparrows Point High School and went on to enjoy a successful 34-year career with Ma Bell, C&P Telephone, and Verizon. Julia thrived on new challenges and took great pride in mentoring and training new employees throughout her career.
