Lelya Balagula

Lelya Balagula (nee Tolkach), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, at the age of 84. She is survived by her beloved husband, Alexander Balagula; devoted daughter, Lina Karimov; adored grandchildren, Daniel Moroz and Sabrina Moroz and dear nephew, Michael Lozovatsky. She was predeceased by her beloved sister, Revekka (Leonid) Lozovatsky and dear parents, Sosia and Pesach Tolkach.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Monday, March 30th, 2026, at 3:00 pm. Interment Arlington Chizuk Amuno Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the charity of your choice. The family will be receiving following the burial at Oasis Kebab House, 1430 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208.
