Libby Prigal (nee Mandel), of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Monday, March 16th, 2026, at the age of 94. She is survived by her loving step-daughters, Debra (Stanley) Friedman and Diana Weitzman (Michael Maas); beloved grandchildren, Jordan (Emily) Weitzman, Justin (Samantha) Weitzman; Stephen Bortz (Valerie Legendre), Daniel (Alexandra) Bortz, and Jeremy Friedman; cherished great grandchildren, Xavier Bortz, Amelia Bortz, Nora Bortz and Tate Weitzman; and her devoted nephew, Marvin Albert. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Arnold Prigal; her loving son, Jeffrey Prigal; her caring siblings, Milton (Sylvia) Mandel, Sarah (Leonard) Albert, Ida (Leonard) White and Dottie (Irv) Liff and dear parents, Joseph and Sadie Mandel.
Services are private. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Disabled American Veterans. The family will be in mourning at 26 Seminary Drive, Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093 from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday and Thursday with a service at 7pm each evening.
