Lois Chalawsky

Lois Chalawsky, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, at the age of 89. She is survived by her loving sons, Steven (Mary) Chalawsky and Matt Chalawsky; adored grandson, Michael Chalawsky; dear sister-in-law, Ellen Greenberg, and by her life partner, Hal Glatter. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Fred Chalawsky, cherished brother, Barry Greenberg, and devoted parents, Aaron and Gloria Greenberg.

Services at Jewish Community Cemetery, 401 Foulk Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19803, on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741. The family will be in mourning at the home of Mrs. Chalawsky, on Thursday from 12-4 pm and 6-8 pm, with services at 7 pm.
