Mark Balitsky, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Monday, May 11th, 2026, at the age of 78. He is survived by his devoted wife, Adel Balitsky, cherished son, Roman Balitsky; and dear brother, Alex Balitsky. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Roman and Eugina Balitsky.
