Michael Allen Davis

Michael A. Davis, of Pikesville, Maryland, formerly of Alexandria, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, at the age of 78. He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Andrea (nee Bernstein); loving children, Nathaniel (Erin) Davis, Melinda (Kfir) Ziv, and Alexander Davis; beloved grandchildren Benjamin and Harrison Davis, and Avigayil, Shiloh, Naomi, and Sarah Ziv; brothers Harry (Lynn) and Paul; and nieces, Karen Daurio and Lori Glick Parker. He was predeceased by his caring sister, Marilyn (Larry) Glick; and his dear parents, Melvin and Vera Davis.

Michael was devoted to his family and took great pride in supporting their goals and dreams. He was committed to Jewish learning and support for the Jewish community. He prioritized Jewish education for his children and grandchildren and was a strong supporter of Israel. A proud veteran, he enlisted into the Army in 1966 and honorably served in Texas and Germany.

Services will be held at the Jewish War Veterans Cemetery at 6700 Hamilton Ave., Rosedale, MD 21237 on Thursday, July 24th, 2025, at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Talmudical Academy of Baltimore or Bais Yaakov School for Girls. The family will be in mourning at 3605 Seven Mile Lane, Baltimore, MD. Sacharit at 7:30 AM, Mincha at 19:30 folowed by Arvit. Visiting hours are from 7:30 AM-10:30 AM and 17:00-21:45.
