Miriam Penn (Levin)

Miriam “Mitzi” Penn, beloved and devoted mother, wife, grandmother and great-grandmother, died on December 29, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was 97 years old. She is survived by her loving children, Donald (Ilene) Penn, Andrew Penn (Cathy Surace), and Shana Penn (Paul Milne); her adoring grandchildren, Adam (Elizabeth) Penn, Benjamin Penn (Eva Richardson), Julia Penn (Alberto Mejia), Adrienne (Gabriel) Krantz, and Howard (Heather) Kalish; and her 14 beloved great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Lewis Penn; caring sister, Lillian Miller, and loving parents, Benjamin and Bess Levin.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, Maryland 21208, on January 2, at 11:30am. Interment Hebrew Young Men's Cemetery. The family will be in mourning at Beth El Congregation, 8101 Park Heights Avenue, Pikesville, MD 21208 immediately following interment.
