Obituary

Narlene Schlossenberg Weiner, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 12th, 2026, at the age of 80. She is survived by her devoted husband, Sheldon Charles Weiner; loving children, Bret (Sandi) Weiner and Marni (Kirk) Gorman; adored grandchildren, Adam Weiner, Dara Weiner, Asia Gorman and Devin Gorman; and many beloved family and friends. She was predeceased by caring brother, Harold (Sally) Schlossenberg; and dear parents, Abraham and Rena Schlossenberg.

Narlene Weiner will be remembered for her loving, compassionate, and selfless nature. She had a gentle, kind spirit and was always thinking of others before herself. Above all, she was deeply devoted to her husband, Sheldon. Their relationship began when Narlene was just 15 years old, and they remained together for more than 62 years—a true partnership built on loyalty, care, and unwavering commitment. Narlene would do anything for Sheldon, and her devotion to him was constant throughout her life.

Together, Narlene and Sheldon created a warm and close-knit family life. They took their children on trips to Disney when they were young, and each summer they spent two weeks at the beach as a family. Those vacations began in Ocean City and, over time, moved to Rehoboth and Bethany Beach, becoming a tradition filled with time together and lasting memories.

Narlene’s life was centered on her family. She will be remembered for her kindness, her steady presence, and the quiet ways she showed her love every day.
